bga fw82801dbm i replaced 4 bga chips all of them new one and give pci reset error .i want to know anyone replacing these bga chips are they come orignally come reballed or do we have to reball them .also the flux we use does it make a difference.my bga machine is a infr red dark region but does not have x-ray alignment .i do alignment with the bga marking outline on the motherboard has anybody faced problem with this.all wha temp shall i use i am using sn63pb37 solder balls.

usually, i replace them with new ones. these chips are cheap, and there's no need to reball them in 99% cases. so, if you receive stuck reset signal after chip replacing, maybe you have the problem with something other component in MB?

lamo if you dont mind which bga machine you using does it have an alingment does it use split vision monitor to see the alignment when replacing the bga .i have replaced 5 and all show fault like reset .all replaced in different machine.

i'm using the ersa ir-400 with some upgrades. usually, i have no problem with southbridge installation/replacing. also it's quite suitable for leadfree soldering. it doesn't have the monitor, but in 99% MB's there're precision markers for chip installation so this update(i mean precision chip installation) isn't needed.
