Hello i have a studio 1569 with power on no display the problem is with 25q64 pch bios as i confirmed it with another laptop. But afte copying from working laptop does not work i put new 25q64 mbit sprom and copied from a working chip i am using a wellon programmer gp10 does anyone have idea about the 25q64 winbond being locked as it has an otp security but allows me to read and copy but they dont work the copy.the ec sprom is mx25l8005

Did you take the problem 25q64 bios chip from your laptop and place it to another?

Yes put the bios to another laptop the chip is not being programmed or what but when i read the contents of the chips show me same as master

O.K. The contents of the chips are identical. But your laptop not work and another laptop is working with the same chip. Is it correct?
Would you place the programmed chip instead of original chip into working laptop? I think it will be working correctly. I think the OTP security allow you read the chip correctly. The chip with enabled OTP Write Protection is will not be programmed, but can be read correctly.
I think your laptop have another problem.

AFAIK W25Q16/32/64 has some troubles with rewriting. Try to seat W25X64.
Anyway If you'll have a look inside a BIOS code, you'll find a list of allowed flash chips there and perhaps 25Q isn't in the list, but it works, if it has programmed and soldered in at factory only. So just use a chip from this list.

The contents of the chips w25q64 are identicle but when put the copied bios in a working laptop no display only orignals from factory work.i think the factory guys put a config security in the otp as such the contents can be read but config area otp must be hidden to the programmer. I think Banzay is right i should use a w25x64. I had ordered 6pcs of w25q64bv i guess they are a waste.
