Device : Dell N4030, DJ1 Discrete Ver : 01
Problem : Over voltages.

3.3v : 3.7-4V.
5v : 5.20V
3.3V ALW : 3.30V
5V ALW : 5.05V
Vga Core : 1.50-1.80V (Ati 216-0774008)
Cpu(62882HRTZ) : 1.30-1.52V
RAM(RT8207GQV) : 1.80-2.10V
PCH VTT : 1.40-1.80V

It came with short circuited network chip(lan) and usb power cores problem. Chipsets were heated. Power button was runnig but there was no video and beeps. So I changed these parts;

-Atheros ethernet chip
-USB Power Cores
-EC Nuvoton NPCE781BA0DX
-Reflashed EC, Main flash.
-HM57
I heard error beeps but no video
-ATI 216-0774008

Finally I see startup screen but now it started to blue screens. I tried with 65W and 90W power supplys still same. When the card is cold voltages are normal for 10 seconds and then gets higher.
Second changes,

Sys Charger = BQ24745
DDR voltage = RT8207GQV
3.3-5V Core = (RT8205B(CK=XX))
Cpu Core = 62882hrtz

I fixed this problem before by changing "sys charger" on dell n5010 but this time didn't work. Voltages are still high. Can somebody tell me what is wrong with this motherboard...
