Motherboard: HPMH-40GAB6300-D00G
Project: FLEX COMPUTING H510UA1

Laptop working, can boot up the system, but does not work keyboard , touchpad, audio, USB 2.0, USB 3.0 work it (When i connection keyboard in USB 3.0 and now open BIOS menu , I click one button and then When you press another button keypad is no longer responding, I have to re-connect keyboard and repeat).
Sata controller operates normally for connectors CN_ODD1 and CN_HDD1. But the connector CN_HDD2 not see the device.

1) I replaced the same southern bridge for new 218-0897020. No change.
2) I replaced the KBC ITE8518E. No change.
3) After some time I got to the schematic and found that Y101 does not oscillate (32.768KHz). I have replaced . On the Y101 it is + - 32 KHz. No change.
4) I again changed South Bridge for new compatible 218-08970214. No change.

I measured on the SB820M:
Y3......25Mhz
+RTC_CELL..........3.3V
Y101..........33KHz
From CLK_P_ALINK to CLK_N_CR............everywhere is +- 350mV.
Please ask for your advice. It is a platform for very new and I do not know where to begin to solve the problem. Thank you.

I tried to measure the USB 2.0 contacts from USB_HSD0N to USB_HSD1P. If connect flash drive signals appear 1.75V, without Flash Drive --> 0V, in bios not see. The USB 3.0 is 3.15V(DATA+,DATA-), but keyboard in USB3.0 after pressing a button does not respond.
