I have a notebook that is turning on but won't display any picture and than turns off after couple of seconds.
I tried about 5 different bios backups from both this site and vlab and laptop is acting different with all other bios dumps. I have also downloaded and decrypted BIOS from HP site and it is the same as all other dumps.
With original bios, the laptop turns on, draws about 400mA from power supply and the voltage on CPU is 1.7V,
The BIOS id is 0220D. All other voltages are present.
With all other bios dumps and one from HP site, the laptop turns on and draws only about 30mA and voltage on CPU is 0.06V. All other voltages are OK.
What do I need to do to make voltage on CPU with other BIOS files? Thank you very much.
