Could it be that I'm the first person dealing with embedded controller on LA-C571? Why you don't have that settings already in software for that motherboard?
Your programmer lacks detailed instructions and the info provided is misleading and hard to understand since it's written in poor "English" language.

For your info I've found the pinout by myself and I'll share with others:

MB: LA-C571p ----> KSO3 = 12 KSI4 = 23 KSI7 = 25 KSI6 = 24 KSI5 = 21
(26PIN Flat cable moved to the right side of keyboard connector)

You shouldn't be rude, I've purchased your programmer and I'd expect some help.
