Ну а вот ответить - это вы уж сами. Я дня 3 сидел.
По десктопам вообще сложности нет никакой. Весь тест состоит из многократно повторяющихся 4х вопросов для разных моделей

Самый бред, что проходить надо по каждому из дилеров... Итого мне пришлось проходить 3*3=9 экзаменов. Т.е. 3 раза одно и то же.

Вообще там сложного ничего нет. Но 100% я только один раз получил... У них там данные иногда неверные. У меня стажер пытался по инструкции инспирон 1525 разобрать. Выяснилось, что по инструкции его сломать только можно, так как палмрест предлагается снимать до вытаскивания антенных кабелей

Нет ничего сложного в этих экзаменах, качайте Foundation чтоб был локально на диске. Устанавливаешь Promt. Затем запускаешь тренировку экзамена и пробуешь находить ответы на вопросы. Минут через 10 до тебя дойдет какие ответы в каких разделах лежат. После этого спокойно проходишь нужный экзамен.
